Our skills are based on experience gained from several extremely varied projects, compared to a permanent member of staff who may have held the same post for several years.

Despite that, I do still find some UK employers, particularly those new to contracting out management work, are uncomfortable about taking on interim staff who don&#039;t live within a commutable distance. 

In reality, where experienced interims have committed to living temporarily in a work location, they will throw themselves into the project wholeheartedly. Let&#039;&#039;s hope more employers see the light.</description>
